Restylane®
U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved Restylane® injectable gel is a cosmetic "filler" that contains hyaluronic acid (HA), a natural substance that is found in the body. HA gives volume and elasticity to the skin, but as the body ages, HA levels decrease, resulting in loose skin and wrinkling. At our office, we offer the following Restylane products:
- Restylane Kysse: Lip filler that adds volume, smooths upper lip lines for up to one year, and enhances lip color. Designed specifically for the movement of lips.
- Restylane Lyft: Creates volume in the mid-face and the cheeks.
- Restylane Refyne: Fills in fine to moderate laugh and smile wrinkles.

Restylane Injectable Treatments

The treatment session may last roughly 15 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how many areas are being treated and whether any other treatments are being performed in conjunction. The injections alone take only a few minutes.
